Puppy Reservation & Deposit Policy
Thank you for your interest in bringing home a Sterling Brook Doodles puppy! We’re excited to help you find the perfect addition to your family.
Reserving Your Puppy
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy from one of our litters.
Before submitting a deposit, you must:
- Complete our Puppy Application
- Speak directly with Holly or John Deffley to confirm availability and ensure we’re the right fit for your family
Deposit Policy
Your deposit reserves your place on the selected litter and is non-refundable. If your plans change, your deposit may be transferred to another available litter within one year of the original deposit date.
When submitting your payment, please include the name of the litter you’re reserving.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Zelle (Bank of America Mobile Transfer)
- Cash
- Venmo
Personal checks are not accepted on pickup day (Gotcha Day).
